What we are doing is looking after the wellbeing of every worker, not only the children. When we learn to give, what we receive is the dedication and care of everyone on site. Letting everyone take part in that giving starts with building camps that serve the workers as well as possible, with their benefit foremost — so that everyone can feel the giving as something real, and be proud of it.
CL School began in 2012, using open space inside the workers’ camp as a school where children are taught every Saturday, with company staff taking turns as teachers. Today Sansiri Public Co., Ltd. supports the programme with full-time teachers. Through it the children learn and communicate better and build the basic knowledge they will carry into life.
CL League is the company’s traditional annual football tournament, held to encourage exercise and to build unity among our people — a chance for everyone to practise sportsmanship and grow closer together.
